For Pam Godsil, her “why” is her Nannie. Pam cared for her Nannie during her time with dementia, an experience that left a lasting impact and inspired her to get involved with the Alzheimer’s Association.

“I want to be involved in helping others navigate the journey,” Pam shares. It’s about supporting families, educating communities, and advancing research that will one day lead to better treatments and, ultimately, a cure.”

When you share your story, you help others feel seen, connected, and inspired to take action. There are no ordinary stories, only extraordinary impact. Your voice could bring comfort to someone who feels alone and bring us all one step closer to a world without Alzheimer’s.
