Are you passionate about helping others? Do you want to make a meaningful impact right in your community?
Join us in the fight against Alzheimer’s disease.
The Alzheimer’s Association Illinois Chapter is actively seeking compassionate and dedicated volunteers to support the more than 260,500 Illinois residents living with Alzheimer’s—and the millions more affected through caregiving, family, and community ties.
Whether you can give a few hours each week or prefer to help out at special events, there’s a place for you on our team. Volunteers are the heart of our mission—bringing hope, comfort, and support to those navigating one of life’s most difficult journeys.
As a volunteer, you can:
Assist with local education programs and support groups
Help at Walk to End Alzheimer’s and other community events
Advocate for policies that improve care and advance research
Offer administrative help in local offices
Provide outreach to underserved communities
And so much more
No experience? No problem. We provide training and resources so you feel confident and

empowered in your role.
Every action—big or small—can have a lasting impact. When you volunteer with the Alzheimer’s Association, you become part of a movement committed to ending this disease and improving lives along the way.
